Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the item in its original COPPERTIST.WU gift box and protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
